RANDOM THOUGHT’S:

It happened again in Texas, a Fort Worth Policeman has shot a killed a black person. Aaron Dean had been employed with the Forth Worth police Department since April of 2018 at the time of the Saturday morning shooting.  Atatiana Jefferson was caring for her 8 year old nephew when Dean answered a call for a welfare check, after a neighbor called police after seeing a door open for an exended peroid of time at the house where Jefferson was staying. Bodycam footage shows Dean looking around the house then entering a fenced area and shining his flashlight through a window and telling Jefferson to raise her hands and almost immediately firing his gun. At no time did he identify his self as an officer of the law. Police Chief Ed Kraus said he was scheduled to meet with Dean Monday morning, but the officer turned in his resigination. Chief Kraus said Dean violated several department policies, including the use of force, de-escalation and unprofessional conduct. he also said had he not resigned he would have fired him, and his separation paperwork will be sent to the Texas Commision on Law Enforcement and will reflect that Dean was dishonoralby discharged from the Fort Worth Police Department. All kind of questions come to mind, why didn’t he identify him self ?, was this his frist police job?, was he scared?. Knowing that you are dealing with police usually gets a certain amount of respect and cooperation out of the average person but Ms. Jefferson wasen’t given that oppertunity.
