RANDOM THOUGHT’S

Somebody blinked! Iran’s Ayatollah says that they have avenged the death of his countrie’s beloved general, buy firing a barrage of missiles into a base housing U.S. troops calaiming multiple american casualties. At yesterdays press conference U.S. President Donald Trump said that he believed that the Iranian governiment was standing down, therefore there cwere no plans for further air strikes. The President also said that the missiles that hit the base did minimal damage and no american lives were lost. It seems that cooler heads are prevailing because no one wanted another full out war in the Middle East, it’s hot, sand gets into places where you didn’t know you had places and there’s no cable. Seriously host countries would rather not have U.U. troops there but they serve as a deterant for the local bad guys. Meanwhile the Democratic Congress is frustrated with the administration’s action and will likely vote on a war powers resolution today. The resolution would require Congressional approval before military could be taken against Iran in the future. Even some members of the presidents party were not happy after being briefed on the administrations plans moving forward concerning Iran. We hope for our troops sake they get this right.
