Well I have purposely avoided writing about the political whoa’s of President Trump in recent weeks. Be it Payoffs, Russia or Tariffs there is so much food for thought. But now the the Special Council has revealed that there were at least 14 interactions between Trump associates and Russians during the campaign and his subsequent presidential transitition. Word on the street is some Republicians are begining to wonder if the President will finish his term. He needs a new Chief of Staff, John Kelly officially announced he was leaving the post at the end of the year, reports surfaced last week that he and the president were no longer speaking. Meanwhile President Trumps first choice to replace Kelly has turned him down, Nick Ayers the chief of staff for Vice President Mike Pence said Sunday he too was leaving at the end of the year, to return to Georgia with his wife and three children. Legal scholars say the payment to Stormy Daniels was illegal, even though it was made with private funds according to Trump and his lawyer. Kelly is said to have been a voice or reason in the White House who warned Trump against pardoning former assoiciates would send the wrong message to the nation. The presidents “scorched earth” style of management is sure to plant some seeds of discontent amoung supporters, and it looks like he may be getting a lump of coal in his stocking for Christmas, since the Democrats will control congress come January and with that comes subpoena power.
